Privacy Policy
Our core photo tools process selected images locally in your browser. This policy explains analytics, advertising, cookies and privacy choices.
Last updated: October 2, 2026. This site is an independent photo preparation service and is not affiliated with a government agency.
Photo processing
The core cropper, quality checks and print-sheet generator run in your browser. The selected photo file and its image contents are not sent to our server as part of the normal editing workflow.
Site analytics
Optional site analytics starts only after you allow it in the footer Analytics settings. You can decline or withdraw this choice there at any time. We respect supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals, and applicable consent settings. Declining analytics does not disable photo preparation or downloads.
Consented analytics records page visits and safe categories of actions, such as uploads, crop adjustments, preview choices, failures, retries and downloads. We do not send photo pixels, filenames, form text or the full text of errors. Events from before consent are not saved for later replay. A small local preference stores your analytics choice; the shared analytics service may use pseudonymous browser identifiers after consent. Standard requests may include network information such as an IP address.
Google AdSense and advertising
This site may use Google AdSense to display advertising. When Google advertising is active, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers to serve, measure and personalize ads. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on a user's visits to this site and other sites on the Internet.
Users can manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. You can also learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services at How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps.
Other advertising partners
If additional third-party ad vendors or ad networks are enabled, they may also use cookies or similar technologies according to their own privacy policies. We will update this policy when materially different advertising partners or data uses are introduced.
European privacy choices
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google requires publishers serving personalized ads to use a Google-certified consent management platform that integrates with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. When our Google Privacy & messaging consent system is active, eligible visitors will be shown the applicable consent choices before personalized advertising is served.
A Privacy and cookie settings link is prepared in the site footer and becomes available when Google's consent interface is active, allowing eligible users to revisit their choices.
United States privacy choices
Where applicable, advertising services may provide privacy controls for U.S. state laws, including opt-out or restricted-data-processing choices. Availability depends on the visitor's location and the privacy message configuration active at that time.
Cookies and browser controls
You can control cookies and similar storage through your browser. Blocking some cookies may affect advertising preferences, frequency controls or measurement but does not prevent the local photo editor from performing its core crop and export functions.
Children
This service is a general-purpose photo utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not intentionally build advertising audiences from activity known to be from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our analytics, advertising providers or legal obligations change. The latest version will remain available on this page.
